The Grand

For the long-established Hamburg-based project development company Evoreal, WBRE realized the construction project “The Grand” – a premium residential quarter with 330 condominiums – in the prestigious Munich district of Bogenhausen, on Prinzregentenstrasse, directly opposite Vogelweideplatz.

Together with the Bavaria Towers in the immediate vicinity, this new quarter will shape the further development of eastern Munich and enormously enhance the entire entrée to Bogenhausen. The architectural firms Hild und K and DBLB Architekten + Stadtplaner are responsible for the ambitious planning of the quarter. The handover of the more than 300 apartments took place at the end of 2018.
