Romanpark

The Romanpark project focuses on residential culture, aesthetics and the quality of the buildings. On an approximately 4,800 m² park-like plot, 34 elegant condominiums are being built, distributed over four structures in classically sophisticated architecture. Generous roof terraces, balconies and gardens complement the stylish and high-quality designed residential units in the simultaneously spacious and protected ensemble. The design was developed by the Munich office HJA. On behalf of Becken Development GmbH, WBRE is realizing this ambitious building project together with the team of GSP Architekten. The laying of the foundation stone in October 2017 marked the beginning of an exciting and challenging construction phase, with completion in the 3rd quarter of 2019.
