NYX Hotel

The lifestyle hotel brand NYX will open a new hotel in Hamburg’s City South, in the Hammerbrook district, in 2022. NYX Hotels are characterized by a special art and design concept. The brand’s properties will be operated by the Leonardo Hotel Group, which has commissioned Investa Development to build them.

The modern new hotel building, which will be divided into three sections, is being constructed on a site of 10,700 square meters not far from the main train station: The six upper floors are reserved for the total of 236 rooms, including four suites with a view of the Mittelkanal. On the first floor, in addition to a spacious and open lobby, reception and bar area, a 280-square-meter restaurant is planned. There are also event and conference rooms on an area of around 150 square meters.
