Jenfeld

The construction project supervised by WBRE in the Jenfeld district of Hamburg is part of the new with around 1,000 residential units on the former barracks on the former barracks site at Jenfelder Au. Au. It involves the construction of three residential buildings with a total of 90 rental apartments and and commercial space on the first floor including a shared underground car park under two of these building sites and one residential building with with 25 publicly subsidized rental apartments (Hamburgische Investitions- und Förderbank).
