Deutschlandhaus

In the middle of Hamburg’s city center at Gänsemarkt, one of the most important project developments in Hamburg in recent years is being realized with the new construction of the historic Deutschlandhaus. The outstanding design by Hadi Teherani Architects sets new standards and picks up on the architecture of the traditional predecessor building. The new building will offer approx. 41,500 square meters of gross floor space for offices with complementary uses such as gastronomy, retail and residential.

The publicly accessible atrium promises an extraordinary atmosphere inside, where restaurants, a green oasis and water basins will invite visitors to linger.
